Table Disconnection If your stream drops mid-round, the round result is recorded server-side. Open a support chat and our team can pull the round log to confirm the outcome for your account.
Bet Not Registered A bet placed just before the timer closes may not register. Check your account bet history first — if the round shows no wager, contact support with the table name and approximate time.
Stream Quality Issues Switch to a lower video quality in the table's settings menu before contacting support. If the issue persists on multiple tables, our team can check studio-side stream status for you.
HOW WE RUN IT

How mbg55 Keeps the Live Lounge Fair

Every live table in our lounge is streamed from certified studio environments. We do not host our own dealer studios — we connect directly to licensed provider infrastructure from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, which means the dealing, shuffling and card-reading are governed by those studios' own audit regimes. Game results are determined at the studio end before the video feed reaches your screen.

Studio-Side Auditing

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live run internal audits on shuffle procedures and dealing accuracy. We relay those results directly — no separate in-house layer alters the outcome.

Round History Logged

Every round you play is stored in your account bet history with the table name, result, and stake. You can review any session without contacting support first.

Live Chat During Sessions

Our support channel stays open while you're at the table. You can raise a query mid-session without closing the game window — the chat runs in a separate layer.

RTP Transparency

We only display RTP where the studio publishes it inside the game interface. We do not add or inflate figures — what the studio shows is what you see.

Explore What the Live Dealer Lounge Carries

The Live Dealer Lounge on mbg55 is organised by table type, not just provider. You can browse squeeze baccarat rooms, Speed Baccarat, and multi-camera blackjack without jumping between menus. Evolution supplies the majority of game show tables — Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time — while Pragmatic Play Live brings Speed Roulette and its own baccarat variants. Dragon Tiger sits in its own row,

popular for fast-round play. Each table shows its current bet range before you sit, so you can match the table to your session size without any guesswork. RTP figures appear only where the studio publishes them directly in the game interface.

Live Dealer Terms You Should Know

New to live tables or just want to confirm what a term means before you sit down? These plain definitions cover the mechanics and rules you'll encounter most in the Live Dealer Lounge.

01
What is a squeeze in live baccarat?

A squeeze is when the dealer slowly reveals the card edges before turning it fully, building tension. It does not affect the result — the outcome is already determined by the card drawn.

02
What does 'no more bets' mean in live roulette?

Once the dealer announces 'no more bets', the wheel is already spinning. Any bet placed after this call is void and returned to your account balance automatically.

03
What is a natural in Dragon Tiger?

A natural refers to a card ranked exactly at a defined value — often an 8 or 9 in some variants. Check the specific table rules, as Dragon Tiger naturals vary slightly by studio version.

04
What is a side bet in live blackjack?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main hand. Common examples include Perfect Pairs and 21+3, which pay based on card combinations independent of the main blackjack result.

05
What does 'early payout' mean in live blackjack?

Early payout lets you settle a hand before it completes, accepting a calculated offer based on your current cards versus the dealer's upcard. The option appears automatically on eligible tables.

06
What is a multiplier in Lightning Roulette?

Before each spin, random straight-up numbers are struck by lightning and assigned multipliers up to 500x. Winning on a multiplied number pays that higher amount instead of the standard 35x straight-up return.

Common Questions About the Live Dealer Lounge

These are the questions we see most from people setting up at the live tables for the first time or coming back after a break. Straight answers, no filler.

We carry live baccarat, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, roulette, and game show tables including Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time. The full range is visible once you open the Live Dealer Lounge section in your account.

Yes. Live tables load in your mobile browser without requiring a separate download. The camera angle and betting controls adjust to portrait or landscape — switch between them mid-session without losing your seat.

Each table displays its minimum and maximum bet range on the lobby card before you enter. Ranges vary by table type — Speed Baccarat tables typically have lower minimums than VIP or high-limit baccarat rooms.

The round completes server-side even if your stream drops. When you reconnect, your account balance reflects the result. If anything looks off, contact support with the table name and session time.

Every dealer in the Live Dealer Lounge is a real person operating from a certified studio run by Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live. There are no RNG-simulated dealers in this section — the stream is live video.

Access depends on local law and the eligible regions we serve. If your account is active and your region is supported, the Live Dealer Lounge will appear in your lobby. Check your account status to confirm eligibility.
